PPR PIPES AND FITTINGS
PP-R is the abbreviation for random polypropylene, also known as type 3 polypropylene.
The plastics industry is over 100 years old, but polyethylene was not invented until the 1930s. Since its discovery in 1933, polyethylene (PE) has grown to be one of the most widely used and recognized thermoplastic materials in the world. Today's modern PE resin is highly improved for much more rigorous applications such as high pressure gas and water pipes, landfill membranes, automotive fuel tanks and other demanding applications.
MULTILAYER PERT-AL-PERT PIPES AND FITTINGS
Our PERT-AL-PERT multilayer pipes and accessories are manufactured according to ISO AENOR 21003 and UNE-EN-12165 standards and manufactured in CW617N brass.
Our multilayer pipes are composed of 5 layers that make up an inner and outer layer of PERT, a central layer of aluminum, joined together by two layers of adhesive. The aluminum layer is welded to lap to give a complete oxygen barrier.
The PERT-AL-PERT pipe undergoes less expansion due to increased temperatures thanks to its aluminum core.
